I believe that therapy provides a space to focus on you and to pursue the things that make YOU feel satisfied. My goal is to help my clients identify the things that are holding them back and to teach them the skills they need to live life to the fullest."
Dr. Milburn is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in treating Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. He uses a wide range of cognitive and behavioral techniques to empower individuals to live more joyful and fulfilling lives. He has extensive training in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
