What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach to healing is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to treat anxiety, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), depression, stress, and life transitions. Therapy with me offers practical coping tools, deeper self-awareness, and strategies to break unhelpful patterns. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, reduce symptoms, and build resilience, balance, and lasting change for a more fulfilling life.
My Practice & Services
In my practice, I support adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. I specialize in helping clients struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), depression, and stress by using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my master’s in social work from New York University (NYU), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My training and experience allow me to tailor each session to your unique needs—whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or the daily stressors that feel too heavy to carry alone. Together, we’ll work toward creating more balance, resilience, and hope in your life.
