My Approach to Helping
Therapy shouldn’t be about endless analysis. I work with high-achieving individuals who are used to thinking their way through everything but still feel stuck, anxious, or unfulfilled despite outward success. Drawing from evidence-based, experiential, and somatic therapies, I help you move out of your head and into a more grounded relationship with yourself. We’ll use what arises in the moment emotionally and physically as a guide for lasting change. If you understand why you feel the way you do but still don’t feel relief, this work can help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more embodied way.
