My Approach to Helping
Most individuals throughout their lives will encounter life events and milestone where they need a little guidance or merely to have a person to listen with a caring ear. As a mental health counselor, my objective is to help guide you along through whatever your life throws or has thrown on your path in a healthy and therapeutic manner in which you at ease and safe with yourself. As you start to understand difficult emotions including grief, anger, childhood events, anxiety, trauma and others, you will start to let yourself heal and work through such emotions in a positive and healthy way. My goal is to help you create a positive healthy change in your life that works with you. Every session is tailor cut to your needs and progress with anything life throws at you to build a happy and healthy balance. Remember, change is rarely easy but positive change is always worth it because you are worth it.
