My specialty is helping young adults and adolescents that suffer from anxiety, depression, and trauma. Much of my success has come from helping clients with transitions, relationship issues, and work-related stress. I only utilize evidence-based treatments that are clinically proven to promote mental wellness. Through increased insight and self-awareness, I help clients lead authentic, fulfilling lives that improve relationships with themselves and others.
