My Journey To Becoming A Therapist
I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I'm human. I've been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.
Growing up, my therapist was my hero. She gave me the tools I needed to handle whatever life threw at me. Because of that, I knew from a young age that I wanted to become a person that could offer others the same type of support.
My life experiences are what lead me to become the therapist I am today.
Helping People Is What I Look Forward To Every Day
Being a Therapist is fulfilling. I love helping people become healthier and more empowered and watching them transform their lives. The most rewarding thing about being a Therapist is inspiring others to be all they can be.

Sessions will provide you with the space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to gain clarity and be understood and heard.
It's important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Counseling. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
