My Approach to Helping
Hi, thank you for taking this first step in the therapy process. My name is Jennifer, and I look forward to connecting you! When you attend your session, I aim to create a trust-based relationship, as well as a non-judgmental space. We will work to improve communication and conflict resolution skills; greater fulfillment in interpersonal relationships; transforming self-doubt and self-criticism, into self-acceptance, and self-confidence; and more effective ways of coping with difficult emotions.
