I have been providing counseling for the last 15 years. Through my experiences, I have worked with individuals and couples in overcoming challenges related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma PTSD, codependency, addictive behaviors, gender dysphoria, grief and many other issues that stem from both biological and environmental sources. I understand that choosing to begin therapy can seem overwhelming, especially when working with a new provider. As a member of the incredible staff of Long Island Psychology, my primary focus is ensuring our clients' comfort in treatment while developing a therapeutic plan that is tailored to their needs and strengths. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment models that I feel will yield optimal progress. Counseling sessions take place in Roslyn Heights, with additional locations in Rockville Centre and Garden City. Telehealth sessions are available as well.
Struggles can be a part of everyday living but it does not have to define one's mood or overall outlook.
