My Approach to Helping
Finding balance in life is not always easy, especially when you are carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, or overwhelming transitions. If you feel stuck or unsure of how to move forward, you are not alone. My role is to offer a supportive, steady space where you can explore what is going on beneath the surface and begin to make meaningful change.
I work with children, teens, and adults, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and strengths. Whether we are working on building healthier coping strategies, improving communication, or learning to set boundaries, I believe that therapy should feel collaborative and compassionate. You bring your story, and I bring my training and experience. Together, we figure out what works for you.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and shaped by a deep respect for each person’s capacity for growth. I also understand how hard it can be to feel truly seen, especially for those navigating identity development, relationship challenges, or the lasting impact of trauma. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your values, rediscover your voice, and build a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
