My approach blends psychodynamic insight with practical tools you can actually use. I work from a trauma-informed, holistic perspective and tailor every session to you. We go at your pace, with a focus on connection, curiosity, and steady growth. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to support you in becoming more of yourself.
