My Approach to Helping
In times of personal crisis, warm, non-judgmental and caring professional support can make all the difference. I believe empathy and understanding are crucial to healing. Together, we can work to identify places to grow, and work toward solutions.
In therapy with me, we will meet over telehealth. I can use talk therapy, but I can add art therapy and art making if you would like it as part of your care! You'll have a chance to process your feelings and experiences, big and small, as we set goals together. Therapy allows for a chance to make connections and notice patterns, and in doing so, enable you to make actionable changes to your life.
