My Approach to Helping
I strive to create a space where you are unconditionally accepted, as I believe that's the most effective way to bring about change.
I view my role as a facilitator and guide, here by your side as you navigate life's challenges, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings along the way. My intention is to provide a relationship in which you feel safe to heal and grow at your own pace, to listen without judgment, and to offer acceptance and compassion. Gaining a deeper understanding of our inner world allows us to connect more authentically with ourselves and with the people we love and enables us to heal from the wounds of our past that hold us back. It would be my privilege to walk with you on this exciting yet often challenging journey of self-discovery.
We are all doing the best we can with the tools we have; there is no specific path or timeline we must follow. I invite you to bring your whole, imperfect self to session as I attempt to do the same.
