My Approach to Helping

My practice is a space to free yourself from the self-imposed cages holding you back from expressing yourself authentically. Through my person-centered approach, you’ll explore and listen to the parts of yourself that are often ignored or neglected.

This process is holistic, collaborative, and driven within a framework of self-love and self-curiosity. We’ll work together to identify your strengths, and how you can use them to feel more connected to yourself, improve your relationships, and build a life that feels meaningful. As a result, you’ll gain insight into who you are, what you need, and how to liberate yourself from the blocks holding you back from being your most authentic self.

Therapy can catalyze your growth into the person you want to become. The key to freeing your true self from the cage of old programming and social conditioning already inside of you. Let’s work together to unlock your true self so you can share it with the world around you.

More Info About My Practice

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw a tremendous amount of mental, emotional, and cultural strife. At that moment, I recognized the rest of my career would be focused on helping people counteract and navigate suffering in life.

Witnessing the social upheaval of the last few years and my experience working for a non-profit crisis hotline clarified my belief that all people have the capacity for growth and change. It also reaffirmed my belief that humans are social creatures who need support and love from those around us in order to thrive.
