My Approach to Helping
You are finding yourself growing apart in your relationship, bickering over small things and becoming more impatient and irritable. Navigating through conflict is getting more and more challenging. You are noticing a change in your well-being and are experiencing anxiety, depression and maybe increased substance use. We will work together in a safe, non-judgmental and interactive environment on rebuilding positive communication and on finding more constructive ways to problem solve. I will help you and your partner to feel more heard and more satisfied overall in your relationship.
I work with helping adults, couples and teens with specializations in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, education issues, and career stress. My approach draws on cognitive behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques that allow me to tailor your therapy experience to your unique needs.
