My Approach to Helping
Utilizing an integrative approach I work to help you better understand the ways your environment, systems, relationships, and past are contributing to your current experience. This information then allows you to make more intentional choices aligned with your personal values and goals. I’m here to listen. My goal as a therapist is to help you build confidence in yourself.
I want our time together to be a space where you can get curious about yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings, and better understand who you are. These steps will guide you on your journey to overcoming your challenges. From my own experiences in the performing arts, as well as input from my own fantastic therapists, I know how therapeutic it can be to express yourself, and tell your story.
As I help you meet your goals, you will start to transition from a life of surviving to a life of thriving. From there, you can send more positivity into the world around you.
