My Approach to Helping
Psychotherapy works-- it helps to have someone to talk to, but therapy is more than just that. Therapy can do many things. It can help you make changes in your life, help you feel supported, feel better about yourself, help you control your emotions, and help improve relationships.
As your therapist, I can help you live the life you want to live.
More Info About My Practice
As a result of the current pandemic, I have started offering video sessions. I will say that I was unsure how this transition would be, but have felt reassured by the experiences so far. It would be my honor to provide support and comfort to you in this time of uncertainty.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
