My path toward therapeutic care began at the beginning of COVID-19. Having spent 8 years working in spaces like group homes and shelters, I knew the pandemic would bring unique mental health challenges. This understanding inspired me to pivot my career, deepening my commitment to providing inclusive, culturally affirming, and compassionate care.

I believe in both autonomy and compassion, which helps me to be a collaborative, supportive, and holistic partner. Your treatment plan may include psychodynamic therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help process and uncover the root of your suffering.
