My Approach to Helping

Perhaps you are adjusting to a new life stage or evolving identity. Whatever your sources of anxiety, anger, or sadness we can work together to help you gain the skills and self-knowledge to move forward in your life.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had a career working for global advertising agencies and as a freelancer and consultant. Now, I have shifted from focusing on stories and meaning in culture, to inner lives and healing in individuals.
