My Approach to Helping
Navigating life's obstacles can be overwhelming. I work with adults dealing with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and grief. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space where we can have an open conversation without fear of judgment, where we can delve into difficult issues, and help you to develop new coping skills.

My therapeutic approach is holistic and individualized. I will tailor our work together to meet your needs, using a combination of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT).
