My Approach to Helping

You may be at a threshold, where the old ways of coping—over-functioning, perfectionism, people-pleasing—no longer feel sustainable. You’re longing for more authenticity, more ease, more connection to yourself and your truth.
I work with those who feel called to go deeper—who sense their symptoms are not just problems to solve, but invitations into a more authentic, meaningful way of being.

More Info About My Practice

I offer a grounded, soulful space for healing. Specializing in codependency, relational trauma, perfectionism, and the transition of motherhood, I draw from post-Jungian, relational psychoanalytic, and contemplative traditions to support women in reclaiming their voice, vitality, and inner wisdom.

This work isn't about a quick fix, it's a deeper kind of healing—one that honors your story, your body, your unconscious wisdom, and the parts of you that have been silenced or hidden. In our sessions, we move gently and intentionally, attuning to both what’s painful and what’s emerging. If you're ready to shed old skins, listen to the wisdom of your symptoms, and follow the thread of your becoming, I welcome you. Email me to schedule a free consultation and begin the journey back to your voice, your longing, and your life.
