Are you feeling overwhelmed and alone? Does it feel like everyone else has it all together and that you are missing something? Are you still hurting from past losses and feel that you "should be over it already?" Do you feel like it is impossible for you to achieve your goals?

Many of life's experiences leave us with unresolved feelings and inaccurate stories about who we are and what we are capable of. In therapy, we will explore these feelings and stories, providing you with the opportunity to let go of what is no longer serving you. This clearing away will allow you to move towards your goals with greater ease.

More Info About My Practice

In addition to being a licensed therapist I am also a certified yoga teacher. Meditation, yoga asana (poses) and breathwork used in session can be extremely helpful. With these practices the portion of our life story that is stored in the physical body is included in the healing process.

Call today for more information and to schedule an appointment. I look forward to talking with you.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

My favorite part of being a therapist is the opportunity I have every day to witness people fall in love with themselves. I am deeply honored and extremely grateful to the people who have come to me at their lowest point who work hard and reestablish a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves. From this place of reconnection and wholeness they move forward to create meaningful relationships with others.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

We are all flawed. It is the human condition to be imperfect. Therapy is an opportunity to examine what we believe to be our flaws and find the good in them. It takes great courage to explore the events in our past that leave us with the current feeling of being powerless or bad.
