I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: My current fees are $100 for a 55 minute session, and $130 for a 75 minute yoga therapy session.

More Info About My Practice

In addition to being a licensed therapist I am also a certified yoga teacher. Meditation, yoga asana (poses) and breathwork used in session can be extremely helpful. With these practices the portion of our life story that is stored in the physical body is included in the healing process.
