My Approach to Helping

I love helping people thrive in life. A big part of what gets in the way is trauma, current as well as past trauma, including childhood trauma. My goal is to help you build a new internal voice that tells you how amazingly awesome you are. I want to help you feel loved, seen and wanted, here and now. I use a variety of techniques based on who shows up in my practice. I work intuitively with years of experience and education to back that up. I believe each person shows up knowing deep inside them what they need and my job is to help them access that. Give me a call and let's see if we are a good fit.

More Info About My Practice

My work is based on current brain research on how trauma sits in our bodies and minds and how to move that trauma out in the easiest and least painful way. My clients feel seen, loved and known on a deep level. I work with individuals and also in group settings that help heal old childhood wounds.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am offering support groups for the pandemic. Current group starts Tuesday September 22,2020, 2-4pm for 8 weeks. We will be offering time to share as well as some specific practices to help you through this time period. We will be offering more groups in the future, check with me to see what timesdays those might be offered. We are offering this group for only $200 in order to make it accessible to all. Contact me if you want to know more about it.,

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

The strongest people I know are those that have been through a very difficult struggle and come out the other side, wiser, more compassionate and living their lives fully. It takes great inner strength to be vulnerable, to admit when you can't fix something yourself, to dive deep into your heart and soul. I have great respect for each and every one of my clients.
