My Approach to Helping
Do you tend to play what-if scenarios constantly in your mind? Do you overanalyze yourself, the people in your life, or your decisions? You may notice that things affect you more deeply than others. You may find yourself easily influenced by your environment. Feeling stuck in our minds can feel lonely, chaotic, and confusing. It is hard to be present and trust your decisions when you are plagued with doubt as soon as you make a big life decision. Knowing what direction to turn is challenging when you find yourself in looping thoughts that inundate you with different angles to view a situation.
My goal is to assist you in feeling less isolated in your inner experience. Our inner world can feel insurmountable and confusing when we must sort out our thoughts and feelings alone. Together we can bring curiosity and compassion to these experiences allowing you to access a place of clarity, self-trust, and safety within.
My approach is person-centered, meaning that it is tailored to each client. I will guide you through a strengths-based lens by recognizing that this tendency towards anxiety might signify a deeper sensitive and creative side within you that is in tune with life's changes, subtleties, and complexities.
