My Approach to Helping
Avoidance is a natural human instinct that leads us away from the experience of pain. However in this moment you are engaged in something quite different from avoidance. Seeking out therapy is a courageous act; a conscious movement toward growth. By simply reading this page you are expressing a willingness to confront that which is holding you back in life. My aim as a therapist is to be a guide through challenging experiences. I will help you articulate your goals, explore difficult areas of life, identify limiting assumptions and beliefs and help you move toward that which is most important to you.
