My Approach to Helping

My mission is to help you understand and work through any obstacle that is getting in the way of the life that you wish to be living. My counseling approach is honest, compassionate, and dynamic where I create a new therapy for each client based on their unique qualities, goals, and personality. In our conversations I will ask a lot of questions, support you in challenging assumptions and beliefs and help you identify what is most important to you. Together we can discover the path forward and the motivation to walk down it.
