What's My Approach to Therapy?

Challenging circumstances can take us to the edge of our ability to cope, and major life transitions such as a cancer diagnosis, illnessloss of a loved one, trauma, beginning a new phase of life, or changes at home andor work often leave us feeling overwhelmed and out of control. No matter how together we appear on the outside, life can feel exhausting if we're hurting on the inside. Therapy helps you adjust to your circumstances by empowering you with new skills and offering alternative perspectives.

My Practice & Services

I have experience in working with cancer caregivers and cancer survivors to address the emotional side of the cancer experience. Caregivers and survivors experience feelings of isolation, anger, guilt, sadness, and often struggle with transitioning to the "new normal." My work with caregivers and survivors focuses on the importance of resilience, self-care, and advocacy.
