My Approach to Helping
Hello. I have over 11 years of experience helping individuals and couples become inspired by their lives again. If you are looking for a safe place to begin making either large or small changes to yourself and your life, I believe I have created this in my sunny office near Dupont Circle.

My speciality is couples counseling, specifically helping couples to resolve conflicts and create close and loving relationships that last a lifetime. I also have extensive experience working with individuals on depression, anxiety, grief, trauma as well as finding lost inspiration.

My style is active, collaborative, and compassionate. My approach is client-centered and eclectic. This means that I incorporate various methods and techniques that fit with your personal needs and style. We will work together to create an individualized plan to reach your goals.

More Info About My Practice
I was recently seen on News Channel 8's talk show "Let's Talk Live" as a relationship expert. You can watch a clip on my website and while you're there listen to my recent radio show on empathy and its importance in marriage.

Please call for a free consultation: 202-721-0088. I look forward to our work together.
