My Approach to Helping
Welcome to 2010 - the year for change. This is the year that we will figure out what you want your relationship, your body, your job and your happiness to look like - and then we will make it happen. I have over 11 years of experience helping individuals and couples become inspired by their lives again. If you are looking for a safe place to begin making either large or small changes to yourself and your life - take a deep breath - you have found a great place to start.
My work is goal oriented and my focus is on present day concerns - or our "now." While I believe that our past is important, as it created who we are, I believe that our change comes from what we feel, how we act and what we want today.
More Info About My Practice
I received my BS from Colgate University and my MSW from Catholic University. My post-graduate work has been with the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis on using Self-Psychology with both individuals and couples.
