What's My Approach to Therapy?
Maybe you find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking. Maybe you feel like you have to handle it all on your own, or you find yourself repeating old patterns in relationships that leave you feeling unfulfilled. You might feel stuck in a rut & unsure of how to move forward. That’s where I can help. I work with people navigating relationships, life transitions, and the practice of self-compassion—often while managing anxiety, self-doubt, or a desire for something more. My role is to help you connect with your own inner wisdom and move toward meaningful, fulfilling change.
Paige views her work from a client-centered, attachment-centered, and strengths-based lens. She employs art-based, somatic (body), and talk-based interventions in her practice and aims to best serve the needs of her clients. Paige also works with her clients in practicing mindfulness and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.
