My Approach to Helping
Maybe you find yourself ruminating, self sabotaging or repeating old patterns in unsatisfying relationships. You feel stuck and don't know where to start. That's where Paige can help. Paige serves as a guide to help you feel less stuck and move toward meaningful change. Paige works with people who are navigating relationships, life transitions & self-compassion and are feeling anxious, self doubt, or wanting more. As a therapist, Paige has extensive experience working with adults and young professionals, helping them slow down and tune into their own knowing and wisdom to find healing, safety, trust, and relief.
Paige views her work from a client centered, attachment centered, and strengths based lens. She employs art based, somatic (body) based, and talk based interventions in her practice and aims to best serve the needs of her clients. Paige also works with her clients in practicing mindfulness and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.
