My Approach to Helping

Depression, anxiety, adjustments and transitions. Whatever you're struggling with, I will partner with you to help you feel better and live more freely. My approach is to explore both past experiences and current circumstances to understand patterns and barriers to your living authentically. Together, we'll look at what you want for your life and figure out a path to get you there. I am passionate about my work and would welcome the opportunity to share in your journey.

More Info About My Practice

Finding a therapist is a personal process and it's important that you feel comfortable and have the right fit. I offer a brief phone consultation to answer any questions that you have and to help us decide it we would like to work together.

I am out of network with most insurance companies and am happy to provide with you with a statement at the end of the month for you to submit for reimbursement.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I am passionate about people and culture. I feel honored to be trusted with client's stories and be invited to share in their journeys. It is a privilege to partner with my clients and I feel inspired by this work.

My Role as a Therapist

I will collaborate with you to help you feel better and live more fully. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process the issues that you are struggling with, explore what is getting in your way of expressing your true self, and identify your unique strengths. I am your partner and your support in this process, but you determine the path and the pace.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help

There are no prerequisites to therapy. The more open and honest you are, the easier our work will be, but I will meet you where you are. Because my approach is insight-oriented, it is helpful to know a little bit about your childhood, your background, your relationships, your values, and your priorities.
