My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is based first and foremost on seeing as clearly as possible who the person sitting before me is and listening to what they are asking for help with. From there, my interventions are informed by my collection of experience from my cumulative years of theoretical and practical training in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, gestalt/experiential therapies and yoga and mindfulness meditation, as well as my years of professional experience with the multitude of clients. I have been privileged and honored to work with and my experiences of traveling my personal journey through this life.
