My Approach to Helping
I help women heal from the heartbreak of relationship breakups. I also help them to cope with other life changes that cause stress, sadness or anxiety. These can be past or current situations. Things like toxic relationships, career changes or deaths, just to name a few, can be highly disruptive to ours lives and leave us feeling stuck. When things like this occur, we may feel sad or depressed, angry, overwhelmed and hopeless. I help you navigate these things so that you can move forward in life. We work on resolving feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and overwhelm so that you may find a sense of happiness and contentment.

My Role as a Therapist
My role as therapist is to be a guide in helping you to identify what you don't want, what you do want and how you get from the former to the latter. I look forward to joining you on this journey.
