My Approach to Helping
I help women heal from the heartbreak of relationship breakups. I also help them to cope with other life changes that cause stress, sadness or anxiety. These can be past or current situations. Things like toxic relationships, career changes or deaths, just to name a few, can be highly disruptive to ours lives and leave us feeling stuck. When things like this occur, we may feel sad or depressed, angry, overwhelmed and hopeless. I help you navigate these things so that you can move forward in life. We work on resolving feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and overwhelm so that you may find a sense of happiness and contentment.

More Info About My Practice
The Pursuit of Happiness Therapy is a fully virtual practice. I offer video sessions exclusively.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who received my Masters Degree in Marriage & Family from Fairfield University and my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Boston University. I am a mother of two boys under the age of 7. I'm a reader and a wanderlust. Due to both personal and professional experience, I have a passion for helping women overcome the upsets of heartbreak and for helping couples to connect with and understand one another.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as therapist is to be a guide in helping you to identify what you don't want for yourself, what you do want for yourself and how you get from the former to the latter. I look forward to joining you on this journey.
