As a counselor, I believe the client is the expert in their own lives and the counseling relationship is a collaborative process. My role is to help clients navigate the challenges that make it difficult for us to achieve our goals and live our most fulfilling lives. I will work to help you master the skills necessary to overcome the barriers present in your life. With empathy and radical genuineness, we can establish the best foundation for your healing journey. Through a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, I have helped countless individuals and couples overcome the barriers we encounter throughout our lives.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the gold standard among treatment methods. This creates the foundation of my work. I also incorporate many concepts and techniques from DBT including validation, emotion regulation skills and mindfulness practice. I believe in maximizing our time together to get you the results you need and deserve.
I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We'll use this time to learn a little more about your struggles and how we may work together to help you achieve your recovery goals. I am currently only providing service via video sessions.

In addition to a wide range of mental health concerns, I specialize in working with couples and marriage counseling and anxiety disorders, I use cognitive behavioral (CBT) and solution-focused approaches. I incorporate strategies from the Gottman method, DBT and mindfulness practice in helping my clients develop effective communication skills and strengthen connection and intimacy.
