I believe that there are many different paths to healing. Therapy is one path. It is a path that can affect profound change and transformation on both cognitive and emotional levels. Healing occurs from the inside out.
With a willingness to explore how to do things differently, change is possible. I assist people with creating lasting changes that lead to a balanced lifestyle, better relationships, and a more fulfilling life. My therapeutic style is warm and compassionate with a dash of humor thrown in. I am actively involved during sessions and integrate techniques from traditional and contemporary therapies in order to meet client's unique therapeutic goals.
