My Approach to Helping

My mission is to empower people with ADHD and those with professional struggles to live their most meaningful lives – lives based on their understanding of who they are and how to live in the world in a way that feels satisfying to them. That’s why I specialize in ADHD, career burnout or change, and difficult life transitions. These emotional struggles can take a physical toll on clients, as well as lead to anxiety and depression, and my goal is to provide both short and long-term solutions to address these concerns.

Formerly an attorney, I opted to leave the field of law so I could serve my clients in a more holistic way. I’m trained in a wide variety of therapy approaches, but we’ll decide together what’s best for your needs. We will identify your priorities and examine areas of dysfunction–emotional, physical, environmental, or other–before coming up with a plan to help you live your best life.

Whether you’re struggling with a new chapter, juggling competing demands, or dealing with “bad brain days," you are capable of finding peace and contentment.

More Info About My Practice

I believe therapy is a partnership between two experts; you bring the expertise about your own life, and I bring the mental health guidance. Many of us battle daily to reconcile our authentic selves with the version of ourselves that we feel we need to present to the world. I have seen that it is possible for each client to get to a place where they feel content and at peace with their life. Therapy is about progress, but we can expect bad days and rough periods. Anticipating, preparing for, and dealing with mental health relapses and difficult periods is an essential part of therapy.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My area of focus is ADHD and related concerns, which are often anxiety, depression, and major life changes.
