My Approach to Helping

I approach therapy from a strengths-based lens and consider the various systems (families, work, communities) that influence each client. I believe my best tool is my genuine curiosity about each client's lived experience.

More Info About My Practice

I believe therapy is a partnership between two experts; you bring the expertise about your own life, and I bring the mental health guidance.

I believe many of us battle daily to reconcile our authentic selves with the version of ourselves that we feel we need to present to the world. I believe it is possible for each client to get a place where they feel content and at peace with their life.

I believe therapy is about progress, but that we must anticipate bad days and bad periods. Anticipating, preparing for, and dealing with mental health relapses and difficult periods is a key part of therapy.
