My Approach to Helping

My motto is that therapy should be collaborative, and we will work together on bringing you closer to the life you want to live. I play an active role in therapy, and I believe therapy should feel natural and be a space where you feel at ease. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or a variety of other life stressors, I will bring compassion, focus, and a large toolbox of actionable strategies that you can walk out the door with and implement in your daily life.
I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, insomnia, and relationship issues. I have significant amount of experience working with Combat Veterans who have experienced trauma and are transitioning back from war. I also specialize in therapy focused on improving sleep, even for those who have struggled with insomnia for decades.
