I am committed to bringing my breadth and depth of clinical expertise to helping you meet your unique needs and goals in therapy.
I am a multicultural expat from Europe. Additionally, having lived in different regions of the US and now being based in Brooklyn, NY, I can bring a nuanced open-mindedness and non-judgmentalness to your individual experience.
I help clients navigate depression, anxiety and worry, panic, ADHD, relationship and communication challenges, healthy boundary setting, insomnia, loss and grief, and physical illness.
I provide evidence-based practical therapy. Sessions are collaborative and an active space to work toward your goals. I am dedicated to not only helping you manage distress but to also move toward what is meaningful and fulfilling to you. We will find ways to bring more agency into your hands when so much of life is out of our control.
