In over 15 years as a psychotherapist, I have helped many successfully address depression, general and social anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self esteem and lack of assertiveness, chronic stress, and difficult life transitions, as well as provided support to those seeking greater personal insight.

My goal is to work with you to reveal your potential. I listen actively, collaborate with you as we explore your concerns, and share my observations and experience to promote understanding, healing, and growth. My interventions are tailored to you, and often include techniques from cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, feminist, and humanistic psychotherapies.


Clinical assessment, consultation, lifestyle coaching, and brief and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples. Treatment recommendations are personalized, taking into account the nature of your concerns, treatment goals, relevant personal history, and other resources at your disposal.
