My Approach to Helping
Sara has extensive experience helping individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, as well as life stage adjustments and transitions. In therapy sessions, Sara tailors her treatment to the individual depending on their unique needs, setting small attainable goals to work towards change. Some of the modalities Sara utilizes with her clients include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, Trauma informed treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
