My Approach to Helping

I am a passionate connector who is grateful for the privilege of collaborating with people as we copilot their healing journey.

The most important part of the therapeutic process is building a trusting, authentic relationship. My goal is to form a collaborative partnership where my clients and I can learn and explore deeper meaning together. I practice from a judgment-free, sex-positive, queer-aligned perspective that encourages clients to view themselves holistically and form connections between past and current experiences. I encourage growth and healing on a foundation of warmth, connection, education, and empathetic reflection.

More Info About My Practice

I believe in a person-centered approach that is guided by the needs of each individual client. My practice is a non-hierarchical, collaborative relationship that inspires self-discovery and holds the dignity and worth of the human being at its core. It is my job to empower you to liberate yourself from barriers, both internal and external. As a member of the queer community, I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ people and those living with HIV. Additionally, I am a trauma survivor and a sober person actively engaged in a recovery community and strive to ensure all people have access to the same support I did.
