I work with people who are experiencing sadness, stress & anxiety. I also work with pregnant people & people experiencing postpartum depression & anxiety. Therapy can help you to feel calmer, less stressed & change unhealthy relationship patterns & behavior. Together we will figure out how to get you to feel better about you and your life.
