My Approach to Helping
Our challenges may sometimes surpass our ability to deal with them. Psychotherapy can help

But first, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nikita Williams. I was born and raised in
Brooklyn, NY. I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Albany.
I offer family therapy services as well as couples and marriage counseling and have more than
12 years of experience working with a diverse population on various issues, such as:
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Loss and grief
