My Approach to Helping
I will provide you with a safe, comfortable place to bring your feelings, thoughts, life struggles, as well as hope for change in your life. I want to help you work on parts of yourself that interfere with your happiness and fulfillment. I want to join you as a partner and guide as you move through your inner and/or outer challenges. Everyone needs professional direction at times in order to feel better. I am experienced, compassionate, highly attuned and down to earth. Helping people feel safe and accepted is a priority. You will receive comfort, support, and direction, as you move forward on your path. Whether its relationships, intimacy, emotional struggles, work issues, life disappointments or anything else weighing you down, therapy can be life changing. I enjoy helping people and I would like to help you tap into your own wisdom and power and get relief from suffering.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
The most important factors in choosing a therapist are your comfortability with the therapist, your feeling of safety, and your gut feeling when you are with your therapist. It is also imperative that the therapist is skilled, experienced, and passionate about helping people grow into their strongest selves. Ultimately, it is a relationship so choose a therapist that you feel you can relate with.
