My Approach to Helping
Are you tired of worrying about food and how your body looks? Do you ever struggle with being a mom? Are you having challenges with fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum? There are ways to bring more peace into your life. I offer resources for women college-aged through adulthood and would love to connect with you. I am also in the process of becoming a certified Intuitive Eating counselor, and really enjoy helping people find peace with food and their bodies.
I create a calm and safe environment in which you can uncover your true potential. When you are overwhelmed with emotions, or feeling frustrated with old patterns, it can be challenging to find solutions. In therapy we will work together to help you find balance, discover self-awareness, and incorporate healthy coping skills.
