My Approach to Helping
When you are feeling overwhelmed with emotions, or feeling frustrated with old patterns, it can be challenging to find solutions. I create a calm and safe environment in which you can uncover your true potential. In therapy we will work together to help you find balance, discover self-awareness, and incorporate healthy coping skills. Additionally, I have 11 years of experience working in schools and can help you with any school-related concerns.
I am passionate about: Helping people find peace with food, movement, and their bodies; Providing support for new parents, especially women dealing with pregnancy, fertility concerns, or adjusting to life with children; Helping adolescentscollege students with academic stress, relationships, and family concerns; Assisting parents whose children experience socialemotional challenges.
