My Approach to Helping
I believe that every individual that comes into my therapy office comes into a place that is non-judgmental and comes into a place that they can be open and honest. Therapy is a place that individuals can explore their inner most feelings and goals. I believe in channeling your unique gifts to enhance your strength, confidence, and your ability to conquer challenges. My goal is to empower clients by developing and enhancing coping skills and establishing solutions that are effective for them.
I have 7 animals, which includes 5 cats, a dog and a ferret. I like to take time out of my busy schedule to play with my animals. I also like to quill which is art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs.
