My Approach to Helping
I know that reaching out can be a challenging step. Whether you feel anxious, depressed, mentally exhausted, disconnected, are struggling with addiction, or just need someone to talk to; I am more than happy to help. My first priority in sessions is for you to feel safe, secure, and respected. I want you to open up on your own terms and in your own time as we build trust together. Whenever you feel comfortable, we can work through and overcome any challenges you’re facing. In sessions, we will work together to build skills, confidence, and control that will allow you to achieve your mental health goals.
My main focus is to provide targeted, effective mental health care to get you feeling better as soon as possible while providing long term change. Through the education and experience I have gained, I’ve been able to help many people work through their specific challenges and would be happy to do the same with you.
