Welcome - I'm really glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate some of life’s toughest (and sometimes messiest) moments. I work with older adolescents, adults, and couples - including those in the LGBTQ+ and polyamorous communities who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, trauma, identity, and relationship dynamics. Therapy with me is a collaborative, down-to-earth experience where you’re met with compassion, honesty, and a good dose of humor. While I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), and Prolonged Exposure, I also believe healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. Laughter can be just as therapeutic as tears, and I intentionally bring warmth and levity into our work - because joy, even in small moments, matters. At the core of my practice is a person-centered philosophy: I meet you where you are, respect your unique story, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward meaningful change. With experience across diverse clinical settings including residential treatment, nonprofits, and private practice. I bring both clinical skill and a real-world understanding of what it means to be human.
