My Approach to Helping
As a clinical social worker, my practice has been greatly influenced by the anti-oppression framework and has been enriched by 20 years of experience in working with a diversity of populations, as well as clinical milieus such as hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics and residential treatment settings.
Moreover, my practice has been focused in helping individuals and couples with (but not limited to) PTSD, trauma, victimization, relationship issues and substance abuse. Therefore, I am committed to working with adults in treating depression, anxiety, domestic and intimate partner violence, sexual assault, addiction, and bereavement.
