I have 7 years experience as a psychotherapist helping individuals suffering from uncontrollable sadness, anxiety, trauma and PTSD achieve happiness, peace and fulfillment. I offer individual counseling and use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to your specific needs. This approach has been shown to be helpful in addressing multiple and complex issues. You should not be told what to do, how to feel, judged, blamed or shamed. Therapy should be a collaborative effort where you feel open to making positive changes you can see and feel.
