My Approach to Helping
Navigating life at any stage can be a challenge. The difficulties of one’s past can tether a person down, making daily tasks a struggle. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, thoughts of suicide, or extreme moods, learning skills to better manage life and working through past and present troubles can help a person feel intentional and present on their journey to self-growth and fulfillment.
Throughout counseling, I help clients work on coping skills, as well as increasing self-awareness, intention, boundaries, and self-care. I try and help clients repair thinking errors that disable us from evolving, so we can untie the strings from hurtful experiences and feel free again!
