My Approach to Helping
I support individuals seeking healing, personal growth, and deeper self-awareness. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, low self-worth, relationship challenges, anxiety, or major life changes such as grief or career transitions.
With over a decade of experience, including in chronic illness (kidney disease and cancer), I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect. I strive to create a safe, trusting space where clients feel seen and supported as they move toward meaningful change.
More Info About My Practice
My goal is to help individuals develop the coping skills they need to manage life’s stressors, heal from past trauma, and build a more balanced and fulfilling life. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and major transitions. Through a compassionate, collaborative approach, I provide a safe space for self-exploration and growth. With over 10 years of experience, including work with chronic illness, trauma, and emotional challenges, I draw from holistic, evidence-based practices that support the whole person. I believe healing is possible when people feel heard, understood, and empowered. By strengthening resilience and self-awareness, I support clients in becoming more confident, connected, and productive members of their communities.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Even with support from family and friends, therapy offers a unique space to talk openly without judgment. It provides objective feedback and helps you process current and past experiences in a way that feels safe and unfiltered. This space allows for deeper self-understanding, new insights, and meaningful growth.
