My Approach to Helping
Life is filled with ups and downs. When the downs seem to outweigh the ups, we can start to question our worth, doubt our value, and even wonder if life is worth living. It can be hard to see past current times of stress, sadness, disappointment, rejection, hurt. However, not being able to find a way to climb out of the overwhelming moment does not mean that there is no way out. My role is to help you find solutions and develop the skills you need to manage difficult times. Not just to survive or make it through another day, but to reach your fullest potential, have meaningful relationships, and experience pleasure in life.
